- Delivery Locations
We deliver mangoes all across India. Please ensure that your delivery location is accessible via our standard logistics partners.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the order and the delivery location. All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement but do not include weekends or public holidays. Once processed, an order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
- Delivery Time
Delivery times can vary depending on the destination city:
Metro cities: 2-3 business days
Non-metro cities: 3-5 business days
Remote areas: 5-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on weather conditions and logistical factors.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option but is limited to selected cities:

For orders placed with COD, please ensure that the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
- Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. We are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched.

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or defective mangoes, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
